Jeraldo “Chef Jay” Whitehead is the owner and driving force behind Flavors. His culinary journey started in family kitchens, where he learned that food creates connection, comfort, and culture. What began as a passion soon became a mission — first through a food truck, where he served bold, flavorful dishes that quickly built a loyal following.​ That momentum led Chef Jay to open his first restaurant, Flavors, turning his vision into a full-scale dining experience. When a devastating fire later shut the restaurant down, he refused to quit. Instead, he rebuilt the brand stronger than before.
His mission today is simple: Serve exceptional food, create unforgettable experiences, and make every guest feel at home.
